University of North Dakota showing the high ratio of selenium to mercury in ocean fish. These levels of selenium bind mercury
in seafood rendering it harmless.
It is our goal to bring to you the highest quality canned tuna and dungeness crab using only the most environmentally friendly methods. All of our albacore are troll/pole-caught with hook and line (no nets or long lines!), and frozen right onboard the Mary Lu to preserve quality.
